Senior Associate Clinical Supply Chain I

What you will do

Let’s do this! Let’s change the world! The Senior Associate I role is in the Development Supply Chain Technologies (DSCT) organization. The Development Supply Chain Technologies team manages clinical customization for SAP/ ERP processes for Clinical Supply Chain Planning, Clinical Customer Service, Warehouse and Distribution.

  • Manage error messages between Clinical Supply External Trial Operator Staging Tables and SAP system. Work with business to ensure timely resolution of errors to ensure inventory accuracy across systems.

  • Update Clinical Master data in SAP system to ensure accurate and timely shipments of clinical finished goods to clinical sites.

  • Monitor Clinical Data Quality reports in Syniti tool to ensure SAP system data integrity.

  • Manage intake process for tickets in ServiceNow assigned to DSCT resolver group. Assign tickets to correct resolver, categorize ticket by root cause for metrics visibility.

  • Manage DSCT GMP process documents.

  • Maintain DSCT team dashboard and team meeting agenda using Smartsheet.

  • Manage GMP system change records and facilitate record tasks.

  • Manage Order to Cash weekly issues meetings.

  • Act as backup owner of the SAP Clinical Portal used to manage shipments to clinical sites and reconciliation of Investigational Product.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s OR

  • Associate’s + 6 months applicable work experience OR

  • High school/GED + 2 years applicable work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP Order to Cash functionality

  • Experience with SAP Plan to Stock functionality

  • Experience with data query tools such as Cognos

  • Experience with IS management tools, such as ISM

  • Experience with computerized system validation testing

  • Experience with Project Management

  • Experience with Smartsheet, Copilot

  • Experience with process automation, RPA implementation and basic AI functionality

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
