We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist (Social) to join our dynamic growing team, Cupid Media!

Cupid Media is an online dating company that operates 33 active niche dating websites based on religion, ethnicity, lifestyle and special interests. The network of sites are available in multiple languages and since its founding in 2000, over 60 million singles have registered across the company's sites. Cupid Media is based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Manage campaigns, monitor pacing, optimize to maximize performance in-line with our objectives, reconcile budgets, and ensure best practices.
  • Work in close cooperation with the acquisitions team and other team members to produce best-in-class marketing
  • Help execute new projects with your team, like brand launches, new betas and features
  • Work with other teams in the business, like creative and data, to drive marketing results
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of Cupid Media brands and own the paid social channel results for those brands
  • Stay at the forefront of changes in the digital industry and have a close relationship with our business partners like Meta & TikTok
  • Ensure reports across your client portfolio are provided in a timely, accurate, and insightful manner.

We expect from you:

  • 3+ years managing Facebook advertising (TikTok/LinkedIn/Twitter/SnapChat/Pinterest experience a plus) accounts in excess of $100,000/month in international markets and in multiple languages
  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and using bulk sheets in Facebook/TikTok
  • Experienced using Google Analytics to gain actionable insights
  • Proficient with Tableau or other BI tools
  • Experienced using Google Analytics to gain actionable insights
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to derive insights from user-generated feedback, such as reviews and comments, for use in creative endeavors
  • Strong communication and teamwork with other teams, such as the Creative Team to bring ideas to life
  • Analytical, data-driven, and highly structured approach to decision-making.
