The Change Lead is responsible for driving organizational change management (OCM) strategies and ensuring successful adoption of project and program initiatives within the PMO. This role partners with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to implement change management frameworks that minimize resistance, enhance engagement, and accelerate business outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or PMP is a plus.
7+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or project management within a PMO or enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model and ILS6).
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in enterprise-wide transformations, process improvement, and technology adoption.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Understanding of change management methodologies.
Ability to identify and analyze risks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Strong executive presence with a proven track record leading and facilitating meetings.
Ability to influence others, collaborate across functions and move toward a common vision or goal.
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
Work schedule: Remote role with 20-40% travel
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
