Are you a driven and resourceful recruiter with experience in the US job market? We're looking for a US Recruiter to support our client’s hiring needs from end to end. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment and knows how to identify top-tier candidates across a variety of roles.

 

This position is contingent on the award of the project 

Key Responsibilities
•    Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a range of US-based positions
•    Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to offer acceptance
•    Work closely with hiring managers and account leads to understand role requirements
•    Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for next steps
•    Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly
•    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

•    5+ years of US recruitment experience (BPO or staffing agency experience a plus)
•    Strong understanding of US job market and hiring practices
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•    Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
•    Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
•    Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
