Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.

· Utilize Deltek software for financial transactions, invoice approvals, and reporting.

· Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Process payments, monitor cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.

· Collaborate with vendors, procurement teams, and internal departments to resolve payment issues.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

· Ensure adherence to US accounting regulations and corporate financial policies.

· Prepare financial reports and analysis as required.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Mandatory experience with Deltek accounting software.

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.

· Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice processing, and reconciliations.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.
