Join our team as a Field Finance Manager and play a crucial role in supporting our US-based client with high-level financial oversight and decision-making.

This position is contingent on the award of the project

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage all financial aspects of field operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for field activities
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with operational teams to optimize financial processes and cost efficiencies
Supervise and mentor finance coordinators and other financial staff
Prepare detailed financial reports, statements, and presentations for senior management
Serve as the primary financial liaison between field teams and corporate finance departments.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a BPO or field-based environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance regulations
