Job description

Research – Remote (U.S. Based)

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), a global leader in Christian media and humanitarian relief, is seeking a Marketing Analytics and Reporting Lead. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing reporting and analytics strategies that support CBN’s marketing efforts across all channels—both digital and analog—and across all CBN brands and business units.

The individual in this position will define and maintain a prioritized roadmap of reporting requirements, ensuring the ability to effectively assess, measure, and manage a diverse marketing campaign portfolio. Additionally, this role will oversee the integration of data from digital apps and other online properties into the CRM and Marketing Hub platforms.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

 

  • Serve as Product Owner within the Business Intelligence Team, aligning marketing priorities with agile development
  • Develop and manage a strategic marketing analytics roadmap to guide data-driven decision making
  • Define and prioritize requirements for integrating app and digital property data into CRM and the Marketing Hub
  • Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Firebase to drive reporting and insights
  • Lead the development of ad-hoc marketing reporting solutions
  • Ensure all analytics and tracking activities adhere to established compliance and reporting standards
  • Support a wide range of marketing analytics, including campaign performance, donor journeys, and test & learn insights
  • Collaborate on cross-channel marketing research and performance tracking initiatives
  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing analysis and agile team environments
  • Document research processes and contribute to knowledge repositories for ongoing campaign improvement
  • Bachelors or advance degree in marketing, statistics or related field a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit and passion for continual improvement
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels
