Responsibilities for our Telesales Team Manager:

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of telesales agents to achieve high performance and exceed goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Work closely with Senior Management & Directors to align team objectives with overall business goals
  • Coach individuals to improve quality and performance.
  • Deliver 1-2-1s, and comply with HR policies at line manager level
  • Take a customer first approach whilst ensuring optimum profitability of all sales activity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales leadership role (12 months minimum experience)
  • Experience in managing a team remotely
  • Strong background in managing and developing sales teams
  • Knowledge of using and managing a dialler would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement necessary changes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Strong people management skills
