Customer Project Manager - Cloud HealthSuite Imaging

Job Description

As the Customer Project Manager supporting Radiology Informatics, leveraging your cloud expertise to optimize solutions, you will manage all aspects (budget, quality, forecasting, project team resources, etc.) of RIS/PACS Full/Cloud implementation projects in an Imaging Informatics environment.

Your role:

Project Management:

  • End-to-End Project Planning: Manage projects across the full O2C to Req2Res lifecycle, leveraging various resources (R&D, Product Management, Solutions Architects, etc.), and tools to define project scope, plans, deliverables, milestones, and governance.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Analyze project data to identify delivery risks and implement strategies to minimize their impact on timelines and objectives.

Stakeholder & Communication Management:

  • Effective Stakeholder Communication: Consistently communicate with all stakeholders, including C-suite executives, tailoring the communication style and detail level to suit the audience and ensure transparent knowledge sharing.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Change Management: Focus on maintaining customer satisfaction by balancing project scope, aligning decisions with customer objectives, and guiding them through the change management process from on-prem to Cloud, ensuring successful user adoption.

Leadership & Issue Resolution:

  • Leadership & Issue Resolution: Oversee project teams, providing operational guidance and expert resolution of issues, managing escalations, and ensuring that customer and Philips’ objectives are met.
     

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business and a minimum 5 years of specific project or program management experience in On-Prem to Cloud transformation projects.. Healthcare IT experience is preferable.
  • AWS Cloud Certified Practitioner preferred.
  • Leverage knowledge of AWS cloud technologies to optimize cloud solutions for performance, cost-effectiveness, and security.
  • Proven track record of successful Cloud project delivery results. Experience working within the entire project life cycle and demonstrated success in working with customers, vendors, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organizations including the executive level
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30% anywhere in the United States
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a Field based role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,875 to $171,000.

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,500 to $180,000.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,125 to $189,000.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,600.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
