MR & CT Applicacion Specialist

Job Description

The purpose of the Clinical Support Specialist is to deliver educational and consultancy services to our customers as well as handle customer related product or service requests.

Your role:

  • Develop and execute an instruction program for the users, in order to maximize the independence of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions.

  • Customize the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximize the performance for each specific user. 

  • Take care of implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with service), in order to get it working and to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group.

  • Monitors the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.

  • Takes care of demonstrations and presentations, where required, to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment.


You're the right fit if:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Radiology careers or similar, with at least 3 years’ experience in user -training on diagnostic equipment in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and/or Computerized Tomography.

  • Your English level is intermediate or better.

  • You have demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills and deep knowledge of the hospital's diagnostic workflow and best practices.

  • You've got solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).

  • As this is a customer facing role, it’s required availability for 50-70% travel time.
