Human Resource Executive

This is a remote position.

1. Post job postings and ensure they are updated
   
2. Ensure candidates in hiring pipeline at all times
   
3. Filter candidates based on company's assessment criteria
   
4. Do initial review for team members and upper management to interview candidates
   
5. Create candidate assessment tests and questionnaires
   
6. Be the contact person for employees with regards to HR issues
   

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills 
  
• Prior HR Experience highly preferred
  
• Must have computer/Laptop and smartphone
  
• Must be good with communicating and handling organizational issues
  
• Strong computer and IT skills. Ability to use different tools.
  
• Professional and Mature
  
• Has a "Superior Problem Solving" Mentality
