Role Name: B2C Appointment Setter & Sales Representative

Schedule:

  • (10 hours per week) - Flexible hours, between 8:00 am- 6:00 pm Arizona - MST.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential clients and schedule consultations through effective communication strategies
  • Execute compelling sales presentations that highlight our unique approach to sustainable fitness
  • Generate and nurture leads through various channels
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful close
  • Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their fitness goals and challenges
  • Handle objections professionally while demonstrating the value of our programs
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with the head coach to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2C sales and appointment setting
  • Strong closing abilities and demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Professional phone manner and outstanding written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems
