This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • 24 hours/week, Monday - Thursday 10AM - 4PM Gainesville, FL time

As our B2B Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our business growth, connecting with decision-makers in key industries to showcase our exceptional gifting solutions. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to explain how our premium personalized gifts can significantly impact client retention and appreciation strategies. Your role will be crucial in expanding our reach across the southeastern United States and beyond, helping businesses strengthen their relationships with their most valued clients through thoughtful, strategic gifting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate, insurance, and corporate sectors, presenting our unique value proposition
  • Craft compelling pitches that highlight the benefits of our premium personalized gifts and retention programs
  • Qualify promising leads and schedule follow-up appointments to drive sales pipeline growth
  • Maintain meticulous records in our Monday CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Specialize in one key market segment (real estate, insurance, or corporate), becoming an expert in that industry’s gifting needs
  • Utilize Calendly to efficiently manage client appointments and follow-ups


Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the gifting or promotional products industry
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Strong understanding of client retention strategies and the ability to articulate their value to potential customers
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Monday CRM
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Comfort with using digital tools such as Telegram for team communication and Calendly for scheduling
  • Bilingual skills (English-Spanish) are a plus but not required
