Job description

This is a remote position.

OpenLoop is seeking California licensed Mental Health Therapists to conduct a virtual visits related to personal injuries. LCSW, LMFT, and LPCs who are passionate about considerate, comprehensive, and compassionate care, we'd love to connect!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and follow-up patient appointments

  • Appropriately document history of injury, symptoms and progress of patients in EHR (Healthie)

  • Collaborate with patients to develop basic problem-solving skills and strategies

  • Provide realistic and culture-sensitive treatment goal



Requirements


  • Masters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling REQUIRED

  • MUST have Active and Unrestricted State License in: California (CA)

  • 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury, Workers Comp, or TBI related psychotherapy

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

  • A secure private office with a professional background and appearance with direct high-speed internet capabilities to conduct video medical appointments

This is a 1099 position for 20 hours per week

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm PST
Per session compensation model relative to experience
