Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with employers and recruitment agencies to advertise roles on the StudySmarter Job Board. Your primary focus will be on companies looking to recruit for:

This is a proactive sales role, requiring a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities include:
New Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new employer partnerships to advertise job opportunities on the StudySmarter Job Board.
Client Outreach: Engage with HR teams, talent acquisition professionals, and recruitment consultancies to promote StudySmarter as a key platform for early-career hiring.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive job postings and employer memberships, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Market Research: Identify trends in student recruitment, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in employers and recruitment agencies to ensure repeat business.
Pitching & Presentations: Create compelling proposals and pitch the benefits of the StudySmarter Job Board to potential clients.
Negotiation & Contracts: Manage pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and onboard new clients effectively.
