Project Lead and Scrum Master

You are an experienced and proactive Project Lead / Scrum Master who is eager to lead a multidisciplinary team developing an AI-based solution for digitizing planning and approval processes within public administration.

You will be responsible for project coordination, agile process facilitation, and communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with project goals and timelines

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Coordinate work across AI, DevOps, Software Engineering, and Compliance teams

• Ensure transparency and effective communication between stakeholders and development team

• Track progress using agile tools (e.g., Jira) and manage project risks and dependencies

• Ensure quality control, timely documentation, and compliance with public sector requirements

• Report to client stakeholders and provide clear status updates

• Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading IT or software development projects

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent agile certification

• Proven experience managing interdisciplinary teams using agile methodologies

• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a strong asset

Preferred Experience

    •    Experience in public sector digital transformation projects

    •    Understanding of legal/regulatory requirements in AI and IT security

    •    Background in AI, machine learning, or related technical environments
