Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst with specialized experience in Bones and Kaleidoscope to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and proven experience configuring Epic modules to support orthopedic and ophthalmology specialties. 

Responsibilities:
  • Configure, build, test, and maintain the Epic Ambulatory system with a focus on Bones and Kaleidoscope

  • Collaborate with clinicians, department leads, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Translate complex clinical workflows into effective Epic configurations.

  • Provide support during system go-lives, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts.

  • Deliver end-user support and training materials for new implementations and updates.

  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Participate in project planning, status meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (or eligibility) in the relevant core application is required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a health, science, or business-related field.
    • In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of related professional experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments will be considered.

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting Epic Ambulatory applications in a clinical setting.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, clinical informatics, data management, and application administration.

  • Proven success in information systems implementation, development, and support within a large-scale healthcare organization.




Benefits
