Job description

This is a remote position open to candidates that live in Florida, Georgia,  Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, upstate and western New York.


Position Summary:  

The Operations Processor performs daily Production support by initiating calls for a Contact Call List to facilitate outbound calls through related Contact Call Center technology. The position requires the ability to remain focused and work at a consistent pace for your entire shift.  Must be punctual, reliable, flexible and the ability to follow directions to ensure task completion.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Available Monday through Friday with shifts aligned to the Production Team needs.
  • Initiate calls for Production during these shifts.
  • Alert Management on status on the Contact Campaign as the day progresses.
  • Adherence to ConServe’s Professional Practices Management Systems (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Programs.
  • Ability to conduct skip tracing and other records management tasks as assigned during any campaign schedule time gaps.

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or GED

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Basic computer and mouse user skills
  • Basic familiarity with internet windows and screens
  • The ability to work part time between 20-25 hours per week.   Shifts will be 4 hours, Monday through Friday starting between 8:00 am EST and 1:00 pm EST and ending no later than 5:00 pm EST.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and learns quickly
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to telework. A teleworker is defined as an employee who works for ConServe from a home, or other remote office, for all of the regularly scheduled work week. A teleworker uses telecommunication technologies, including, but not limited to, soft telephones, virtual facsimiles, computers, electronic mail, and remote Internet connections to access work remotely on a pre-determined basis 
    • Secure internet connection, to plug in ConServe equipment into a hardline ethernet port
    • A private work area in which work activities can be conducted (if/when teleworking)
  • United States Citizen or a Permanent Resident with three or more years of permanent residency in the United States.
  • Obtain and maintain Government Security Clearances as needed
  • Obtain and maintain State licensing as needed
  • No conflicts of interest with ConServe or our Clients
  • 6 months or more of skip tracing or direct CCMS account related record maintenance work experience is preferred

  • Ability to sit or remain sedentary for your entire work shift (4, 6, or 8 hour shift)
  • Ability to type on a computer for your entire work shift (4, 6, or 8 hour shift)
