Job description

We are looking for a marketing professional to handle the entire marketing strategy for the two companies within our group, ntdsfotware.com and trumanrh.com.mx. This person will be responsible for brand recognition strategies, inbound lead generation, PR, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring it functions at 100%.
  • Administer and create effective campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring proper implementation of SEM and SEO.
  • Periodically supervise and analyze advertising campaigns, presenting detailed performance reports.
  • Generate and manage inbound leads, maximizing conversion and ROI.
  • Control and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Review and optimize digital sales channels, aiming to improve brand exposure and presence.
  • Manage the company’s social media, ensuring effective communication aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Analyze data and metrics through Google Analytics and other tools, presenting results and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with different teams to enhance user experience and increase campaign impact.

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns in B2B environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating and editing visual content.
  • Ability to analyze data and present it effectively, making decisions based on clear metrics.
  • Previous experience in marketing agencies or similar roles.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and communication with the team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Formal experience in a professional setting with proven skills in project management and teamwork.
