The Role:
Gorilla Commerce is looking for a passionate Merchandise Planner who will develop and manage strategic financial plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability of assigned categories that meet or exceed annual targets. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities at once.  Flexibility, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a constantly changing and highly ambiguous business environment are key. 

What You'll Do:
  • Reporting and Data Management (NetSuite, Excel):
    • Pull data to refresh daily sales reporting used by cross-functional teams (Excel)
    • Support weekly sales and financial data validation across multiple systems and data sources
    • Update weekly and monthly financial reports used by the Merch Planning team and for the Leadership Team
    • NetSuite Data Maintenance:
      • Compile daily attribute data changes for the Merch Planning team and communicate the changes to Master Data Analyst
      • Submit attribute data changes based on notifications from cross-functional teams or specific metrics criteria
      • Validate that all prior submitted changes are updated correctly and reflected in reporting
    • Ensure all SKUs are accounted for in offline workbooks and Toolio as new SKUs are created
  • Forecasting and Planning:
    • Enter plans in Toolio planning system for new products based on approved product briefs
    • Maintain accuracy of SKU-level fees in Toolio to support accurate margin roll ups through established error checking process
    • Adjust sales forecast in Toolio for early or delayed Purchase Orders for newness
    • Forecast sales and profitability in Toolio for assigned products, incorporating current market conditions and historical sales performance to develop strategic financial targets, support supply planning, and aid in sales execution in the marketplace
    • Assist the team in running exception reporting to ensure plans in Toolio are accurate
Qualifications:
  • NetSuite Experience is a plus
  • Toolio Experience is a plus
  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 2 or more years of proven success in planning, financial analysis, and inventory management
  • Relentless about attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Amazon experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job Details:
  • 100% Remote Role based in the Argentina
  • Contractor position – paid through Deel
  • 40 hours per week
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note with the Daylight Savings time change it may entail a local time shift.
  • We will provide equipment.
  • PTO available
