The Role
We're looking for a Lead Qualification Intern to support our sales pipeline efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads based on predefined criteria and engage potential customers who dropped off after showing initial interest. You’ll work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and ensure high-quality prospects are passed through the funnel.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate inbound and outbound leads using our ICP and persona definitions
  • Reach out to leads who submitted a demo form but didn’t book a slot (DNBs) via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Validate lead information: email domain, LinkedIn, company size/industry, etc.
  • Update and maintain lead data in HubSpot
  • Coordinate with SDRs and AEs to align on lead quality and handover
  • Track performance metrics such as conversion rates and outreach efficiency
  • Research new tools, industries, and ICP trends in the compliance automation space

  • Requirements
  • At least 1 prior internship (minimum 6 months) in a sales, business development, or lead qualification role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, cold emailing, and basic calling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from a fast-paced team
