Role Overview
Culligan Quench is seeking a Legal Intern for our 2025 Summer Internship Program. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic in-house legal department.
As a Legal Intern, you’ll work directly with our Senior Corporate Counsel on meaningful projects that impact real business decisions across our growing organization.
This role is ideal for a law student interested in corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, employment law, and general in-house legal operations.
Eligibility: Current graduate-level law student (JD or equivalent), enrolled in an accredited law school
Responsibilities:Assist in the review, drafting, and editing of contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contractsConduct legal research and summarize findings related to regulatory, employment, and corporate mattersSupport the legal team on compliance initiatives and internal policy developmentParticipate in cross-functional meetings with stakeholders from HR, Finance, Sales, and OperationsHelp maintain legal documentation, contract management systems, and databasesAssist with the preparation of materials for training, audits, and other internal legal reviewsObserve and learn from real-time legal strategy discussions and decision-makingRequirements:A current JD candidate or graduate law student, in good standing at an accredited law schoolInterested in corporate/in-house legal practiceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organization skillsAble to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Quench offers salary, commission, benefits, and incentive awards.
