  • This role will also support the generation of new opportunities within the account base to facilitate cross sell.
  • Manage, nurture, and qualify inbound leads from various channels (Website, Phone, Email, Live Chat, Campaign activity, etc.) and convert them into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Manage, nurture, and qualify leads generated from Microsoft sources, including Partner Centre and AppSource leads, and cover for Microsoft Seller passed leads when necessary.
  • Manage the pipeline of engaged leads generated by marketing, with a view to converting these into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and ultimately SALs for both Modern Work and Business Applications Sales Teams.
