This position is fully remote and supports the Western Region. Ideal Candidates are current LDP teammates who reside near an LDP office location in CA, NV, or OK. Standard Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Local Time.

 

The Provider Network Assistant is responsible for assisting in provider recruitment and network maintenance, including reviewing provider contracts and applications, and providing administrative support to Network Managers and the Provider Network leadership team.

 

Job Summary Details

  • Manage multiple Outlook inboxes to assist in resolving provider inquiries received from offices and/or internal departments, including web portal assistance.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including contacting providers to obtain missing documents as required to contract new offices.
  • Assist management with the development, tracking and distribution of regional provider communications via fax/email.
  • Assist with network maintenance activities, including contacting provider offices to verify of provider information, roster updates, appointment availability etc.
  • Extract online provider contract submissions, combine documents and provide to Network Manager for signed fee addendum and checklist completion.
  • Review provider contracts, updates and terminations received from Network Managers to ensure documents are complete prior to submission.
  • Assist management with creating agendas for team meetings and provide minutes including open tasks requiring follow-up.
  • Work closely with Network Managers to update and monitor tracking tools as needed for various projects.
  • Assist with research and system data projects as assigned by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 1 year experience in dental office management, managed healthcare, sales, and/or customer service experience, including prior experience in Dental PPO or DHMO environment highly preferred.

 

Specific Skills/Knowledge

  • Must be detail oriented, strong customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and meet objectives
  • Ability to define problems, collect relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to utilize resources available to research issues and follow through until resolved
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, credentialing and how to process provider contracts highly preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings working with multiple schedules.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language; bilingual a plus

 

 

Location

Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States. This position is fully remote and supports the Western Region. Ideal Candidates are current LDP teammates who reside near an LDP office location in CA, NV, or OK. Standard Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Local Time.

 

 

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the hourly rate for this position is $21.00 - $26.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Liberty, your final compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
