Job description

Our client is a Global Technology based startup in the area of enterprise SaaS. Their growing Customer Experience team is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to join the team on a remote basis.

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will be working on the cloud based platform and mobile app integrations with clients.

Responsible for the positions:

Be a part of the implementation team and work with multiple teams internally.
Manage the technical implementation experience for new customers, including kicking off the project and communicating with the customer
Ensure deliverables are met on time, and facilitating final sign off
Ensure development requirements are met and organized to optimize the engineering work with customers
Develop project timelines and ensure the group stays on track, flagging issues and resolving problems along the way

Skills and Experience

At least 4 years of professional experience in technical implementation and/or project management role
Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks with shifting priorities
Ability to collaboratively create implementation plans and keep projects on track for successful on-time completion
An understanding of how integrations between various systems work
Working knowledge of software such as Postman, SQL & APIs
Experience working with customer launches that require 3rd party integrations
Interest in learning about security, server infrastructure and protocols
Experience working with project management software like Jira and Teamwork is preferred.
