CVS Health is looking for a strong individual contributor that will be responsible for Conversational AI Solution Engineer for our Cognitive Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolio of products including voice and chat bots.

Duration of the engagement: 6+ months
Preferred location: On-Shore/United States; Remote; working hours Eastern Standard Time required

Rate Card Role: Developer - Specialized III

Key Responsibilities:
Create cutting edge solutions for Conversational AI Capabilities / Epics

Develop/maintain product blueprints/models, for the conversational AI portfolio

Ensure product solutions align and integrate with enterprise solutions, with performance engineering disciplines incorporated

Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context

Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level Solution Intent, and the solution intent information models and documentation requirements

Identifies opportunities to create reusable components

Partner with Product Management and Product Owners to create business value and develop models to guide the architecture and manage standard technical product life cycle.

Guides the development of solutions with high complexity and risk with business area implications, with quality output for products and services.

Advances capabilities for the enterprise to enable automation/integration across hybrid processing environments (AI, Cloud, API, Web, Micro Services).

Researches and proposes technical strategies. Studies and documents architectural frameworks and reference material.

Designs and modifies components of new and existing IT systems and vendor offerings to promote integrated corporate business systems.

Explores, anticipates and proactively responds to future customer, industry, and IT trends.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years experience working within Enterprise Delivery Ecosystem, including multi-layer integrations and emerging technologies

5+ years experience designing and developing AI Solutions

5+ years experience designing and developing RESTful microservices

5+ years experience developing in a public cloud (AWS or GCP preferred)

5+ years experience on an agile team and working collaboratively with product, design, and engineering members

Experience with OAuth2 security

Experience with Kubernetes or other container platforms

Conversational, Generative AI and NLP, LLM solutions
