About the role:
As the UK Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing Tradin Organic’s presence in the UK. This position offers a clear pathway for leadership development and long-term career growth. You will have the autonomy to build and expand a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts, while also identifying new opportunities to enhance our market share.
Working closely with various business units, you will develop and execute a comprehensive UK market strategy that drives commercial success. This role offers the chance to progress into a more strategic position as you contribute to Tradin Organic’s growth in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Strategy Building: Develop and execute a comprehensive UK market strategy, driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion in close collaboration with Business units while ensuring alignment and collaboration across different functions.
Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with existing accounts, focusing on long-term growth and mutual success.
Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK food market, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance market share.
Negotiation Leadership: Lead negotiations with customers of all sizes, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive profitability and growth.
Represent & Advocate: Represent Tradin Organic at industry events and with key stakeholders to enhance visibility and credibility in the UK market.
Strategic Awareness: Continuously monitor trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine our UK strategy.
Drive Commercial Impact: Lead efforts to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share, with a focus on achieving tangible business results.
