Business Systems Analyst
12+Month Contract
Remote Position

Job Description (Cell Fusion MES BSA):

Monitor and Triage Cell Fusion ticket queue (Service Now); manage tickets in Service Now
Engage with ticket requesters to clarify requests
Becomes a Cell Fusion support admin for global (5 sites) Cell Fusion support
Engage with the Cell Fusion (vendor) development team to resolve bugs / issues
Engages with global MFG site requesters for enhancement requests and works with requesters to present in the MFG sub-BPM for review / approval / prioritization
Engages with the Cell Fusion (vendor) development team to assess and implement enhancements (pursuant to budget approvals)
Determines operational feasibility by investigating problem areas, analyzing production issues / requirements, and proposing solutions.
Assists with patch installation and testing for global MFG sites
Defines / extends and executes detailed test scenarios to validate bug fixes and enhancements in Azure DevOps
Performs integration and functional testing. Engages with Business users in defining UAT test plans. In addition, work with global business users to schedule and participate during UATs. Direct software systems testing and validation procedures.
Provides support for end-user acceptance tests (UATs)
Creates / updates knowledge base documents as needed with appropriate level of details (flow charts, diagrams, resolution details, affecting changes to Cell Fusion application)
Creates / updates training documents for admin support.
Engages with GIS infrastructure teams in the deployment of solutions to production and scaling of production infrastructure as needed.
Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in Cell Fusion and / or business processes.
Provides post-deployment production support (including hyper-care) to ensure all existing business requirements have been met with an overall improvement to operational efficiency
Follows the software development lifecycle (Agile or Waterfall).
