Senior Performance Test Engineer – Oracle Cloud
Remote Position

Client is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer with over 5 years of IT experience to support performance testing of Oracle Cloud Order Management and Finance modules using OpenText LoadRunner Enterprise. The role requires working closely with the Performance Engineering Team Lead, project teams, and application development leads.

Responsibilities:

Develop, debug, execute, and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios using LoadRunner.
Perform various types of performance testing, including load, stress, and scalability tests.
Diagnose and troubleshoot performance-related issues.
Monitor backend systems and servers using APM tools and Splunk to identify and debug performance bottlenecks.
Analyze performance test results and create comprehensive performance test reports.
Coordinate with the offshore team for execution and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

5-9 years of IT experience focused on Performance Test Engineering, with recent experience using LoadRunner.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in LoadRunner script creation and troubleshooting (Web, True Client Web, and Web Services protocols).
Proficiency in writing custom code in LoadRunner using C or JavaScript to manage technical challenges.
Extensive experience creating performance test scenarios in LoadRunner Enterprise.
Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., Toad, SQL Developer) and writing SQL queries.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Order Management and Finance modules (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
