Job description

Position: Business lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

A minimum of five (5) years of analysis and lead experience organizing, facilitating, and working with clients configuring solutions to support and manage functional requirements and business rules
A minimum of three (3) years of experience working on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience using requirement management tools such as IBM Doors, Jira, Azure DevOps.
A minimum of three (3) years of Project Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience testing methodologies similar to the Software Test Management Body of Knowledge and tools like Selenium and robotic process automation.
Current certification in Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent.

Must hold an active Business Analysis Certification and be in good standing in at least one of the following certifications:

International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification
Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Certification
