Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Full Cycle Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing top sales talent. Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified sales professionals.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open sales positions.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with Sales Team managers and candidates.
Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and preferences in sales roles.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on sales industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in agency or start-up environments, where adaptability and agility are essential.
Strong understanding of sales industry trends, sales strategies, and the unique challenges of recruiting for fast-paced, high-growth companies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic settings.
Proficiency in Workable and other recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Capcut, etc.), with experience leveraging these platforms to source and attract top-tier talent.
