Your Mission

We are looking for a commercially focused Senior Insights and Reporting Manager, with proven commercial impact, to join our fast-growing Insights and Reporting team. Reporting to our Insights and Reporting Director, you will be supporting the team on shaping the success of our Commercial Sales team with a key focus on driving performance through insights.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) working in an analytical team and using big data to generate actionable insights that impact revenue
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Maths, Economics, Science or related fields
  • PowerBI experience a must
  • Experience in the payment industry is preferable
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Ability to manage several large projects, adapt to a fast-paced environment and keep stakeholders informed of progress
  • Ability to identify insights projects or KPIs that will add value and are focused on enhancing the effectiveness of Commercial teams
  • Strong ability to describe complex analysis to non-technical audiences
  • Passion for using analysis to influence and inform and enhance the effectiveness of Commercial teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple Commercial teams to understand their requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Tracking Commercial team's performance and providing insights into performance to help drive revenue
  • Identify new methodologies and metrics to enhance the understanding of BDM & RM performance
  • Build PowerBI dashboards and reports
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell products or target new merchant opportunities
  • Develop new reports to enable Commercial team to understand merchant performance and impact the focus of Commercial teams
  • Develop insights across the complete life cycle of a lead, opportunity, account and then track merchant performance once they are processing
  • Collaborate with multiple teams from Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Product

Benefits

Monthly salary from 4000 EUR - 5200 EUR (gross before taxes). Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience and compliance with other job requirements.
