Summary 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Product Operations to drive operational excellence across our product organization. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving collaboration, and ensuring data-driven decision-making to enhance product development, delivery, and performance. You will work closely with product managers, designers, data analysts, engineers, and cross-functional teams to optimize the product development lifecycle and ensure we are delivering high-value products to our customers at scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize product team process and tools to ensure that best practices and business processes are consistent, well understood across the organization, and result in measurable impact toward team and company goals.
  • Alongside engineering leadership, own and facilitate product development best practices (i.e. design and planning processes, roadmapping) across the product organization that are aligned to software development lifecycle best practices.
  • Champion a customer-first and data-driven mindset across the product organization.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of individuals specialized in UI/UX research and design, data analysis, data operations, and customer insights; foster a culture of both individual ownership and collaboration across the team.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company, bringing together diverse perspectives from leadership, commercial, operations, PMO, medical affairs, and technology to drive alignment on product team workflows, communication, and collaboration.

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a regulated industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience incorporating design, voice of customer, and data into product development process.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Strong operational leadership - demonstrated experience translating industry best practices into efficient and effective team processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions.

  • Remote position; standard working hours between 9am – 5pm across any US time zones.

  • Thorough analysis: We classify variants according to our custom adaptation of the most recent guidelines. We then leverage our rich internal database for additional interpretation evidence.

  • Impactful discovery: Our researchers continue working to find answers even after testing is complete.
