Job description

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing SaaS innovator? We are seeking an exceptional Senior Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to provide high-level support to our Senior Vice President (SVP), Finance and Senior Vice President (SVP), Legal.

This role will serve as a strategic partner to both the Finance and Legal leadership teams. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations by optimizing executive time, streamlining communications, and proactively handling administrative and operational tasks. As our business continues to expand, there is potential for this role to support additional executives in the future.

What you’ll do:

Executive Support & Prioritization
  • Coordinate and prepare executives for meetings, including identifying and gathering relevant materials and ensuring follow-ups are executed.
  • Ensure executives are focused on high-impact work by optimizing their time and workflow.
  • Manage complex frequently changing calendars across multiple time zones, prioritize engagements, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Communication & Information Flow
  • Act as a primary point of contact, handling inbound communications and prioritizing executive responses.
  • Draft and refine internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with leadership objectives.
  • Triage email, ensuring critical messages receive timely attention while filtering out low-priority items.
  • Manage virtual mail processing, ensuring important documents and correspondence are received, organized, and routed efficiently.
  • Foster transparency by keeping key stakeholders informed and addressing communication gaps.
Operational & Project Support
  • Manage cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and executive effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance Finance and Legal operations.
  • Support leadership in decision-making by identifying and gathering data and insights for strategic initiatives.
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (on-sites/off-sites, team social events, etc.)
Travel & Expense Management
  • Plan and coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Process and track expenses, ensuring timely submission and alignment with company policies.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support roles, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, exercise strong independent judgment, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize and relay information concisely while fostering transparency.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, able to work independently, anticipate challenges, and solve problems without constant direction and oversight.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence when handling confidential information and engaging with senior leadership.
  • Ability to optimize leadership’s time, balancing competing priorities across meetings, external engagements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and process improvements, identifying bottlenecks, and enhancing efficiency.
  • Familiarity with finance and legal terminology, corporate governance, compliance procedures, and financial reporting preferred. IPO experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, MacBook, and other digital productivity tools.
  • Experience with domestic and international travel coordination, as well as expense management.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and meticulous with details, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with leaders, product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change. 

Tier 1: $110,500 - $136,500

Tier 2: $99,500 - $122,900

Tier 3: $88,400 - $109,200
