  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product operations processes, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Ensure that product and operational knowledge is effectively communicated and accessible to relevant teams.
  • Provide training and support to team members on product management tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational questions and issues, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed :

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proven past experiences in driving complex projects to completion.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience, as a Product Manager, Project/Program Manager, or Product Operations Manager, in an Enterprise SaaS product company.
  • Solid hands-on experience in Jira system administration (in addition to Jira project administration).
  • Deep knowledge of the PDLC, SDLC, and CICD.
  • Experience working with product teams in a triad model.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for understanding how to articulate key information to a target audience.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of a large audience.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS products and web apps.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, or other field relevant to the role.

You ideally also have experience with

  • Integration and automation experience.

The best candidate would be :
