We are seeking a Customer Advocacy Manager to build and prove the value of Doppel Vision through compelling narratives, customer stories, and platform-driven thought leadership. This role is designed for a strategic marketer who can translate the impact of our platform into stories that resonate with customers, analysts, and the market.
You’ll report through Product Marketing to collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and customer success to craft messaging that clearly communicates Doppel’s differentiation. You’ll also lead customer advocacy initiatives, capturing and amplifying customer success to drive credibility and influence within the cybersecurity space.
Platform Storytelling
Develop compelling narratives that showcase Doppel Vision’s platform impact.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into differentiated messaging.
Build thought leadership content (blogs, whitepapers, presentations) to reinforce our category leadership.
Support analyst engagements by providing clear, market-relevant technical insights.
Customer Advocacy & Content
Build the Doppel Defender advocacy program to engage customers in telling their success stories.
Develop case studies, testimonials, and video content that prove the value of Doppel Vision.
Create customer impact reports that demonstrate platform ROI and security outcomes.
Partner with sales and customer success to identify advocacy opportunities and highlight customer wins.
Sales Enablement
Develop customer-centric sales collateral, including presentations, playbooks, and competitive positioning.
Equip sales teams with stories and proof points that accelerate deal cycles.
Create objection-handling resources and positioning guides to counter competitors.
Analyst & Market Engagement
Provide market insights and customer impact data to strengthen analyst briefings and reports.
Collaborate with product marketing leadership to refine our positioning and competitive narrative.
Track analyst and media perception to identify opportunities for influence.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or customer advocacy within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
Proven track record of building and executing successful storytelling and advocacy programs
Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with experience creating a range of content assets
Experience working directly with customers to capture success stories and build advocacy
Collaborative mindset with a passion for cross-functional partnership
Familiarity with cybersecurity and the challenges of social engineering defense is a plus
