We are looking for a Director of Product, Sales Technology to lead the development of our next-generation sales experience—how ServiceTitan customers estimate, present findings and diagnostics, recommend services, and close deals. As we expand into new verticals, we need an innovative product leader to elevate our capabilities, integrate AI into the experience, and build cutting-edge tools that empower technicians and sales teams in the field.
This role is ideal for a visionary product leader who thrives at the intersection of consumer-grade user experiences, AI-driven automation, mobile and enterprise SaaS. You should have a strong background in B2B2C and consumer product development, with deep empathy for the sales and technician personas who rely on our tools to win business every day.
What You’ll Do:
Define and execute the product strategy for ServiceTitan’s sales technology experience, ensuring it aligns with our customers’ needs and business objectives.
Reimagine the estimating and sales process to drive increased conversions, revenue growth, and superior customer experiences.
Leverage AI and automation to transform how sales teams and technicians perform assessments, demonstrate expertise, present recommendations, and close deals.
Develop deep customer empathy by engaging directly with service professionals, field technicians, and business owners to understand their workflows, challenges, and pain points.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and GTM teams to build and launch industry-leading solutions.
Drive measurable business outcomes by prioritizing features that increase sales efficiency, technician and sales rep adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Stay ahead of industry trends in sales technology, field service management, AI-driven sales enablement, and consumer purchasing behavior.
What you'll need:
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience building B2B2C or consumer-facing software products with high user engagement.
Experience in sales enablement technology, estimating tools, or field service workflows is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of AI-driven experiences, automation, and data-driven personalization.
A customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to develop deep empathy for service technicians and sales teams.
A track record of scaling products into new markets or verticals.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive execution.
Experience leading and mentoring high-performing product teams.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $221,400 USD - $296,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
