​​Domain Architects are responsible for the architecture of multiple value streams within and across lines of business. Domain Architects utilizes enterprise vision to contribute to the architectural definition, design, and runway of the architecture for multiple solutions. They also are responsible for creating standards and patterns that teams can reuse. ​​

What You'll Be Doing:

  • ​​Evaluates architectural options and defines overall architecture of the system, ensuring commonality across systems. 
  • ​Defines non-functional requirements including performance monitoring, alerting and code management, ensuring alignment with technology best practices and SLAs. 
  • ​Collaborates with enterprise architecture to identify gaps in solutions and ensure alignment.
  • ​Guides architects and teams to align with enterprise strategy and vision through technical and business leadership. 
  • ​Determines major elements and subsystems and defines interfaces as well as architectural runway. 
  • ​Leads and prioritizes the architectural runway for the solution trains. 
  • ​Interfaces with the Product Owner and IT partners at the Program level to define and estimate features for agile teams. 
  • ​Works within the SAFe Agile framework and employs ITIL best practices. 
  • ​Create conceptual and logical domain design diagrams. 
  • ​Work to create a multiple year domain strategic roadmap. 
  • ​Define standards definitions and reference models for the specific domain. 
  • ​Establish domain architecture governance and compliance for the specific domain. ​

What You'll Bring With You:

  • ​​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required.​ 
  • Any SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO) 
  • ITIL Foundations certification 
  • ​​8+ years’ experience in business application design, development, implementation, and/or solution architecture. 
  • ​Knowledge of project management techniques is required (cross-functional experience is highly desirable). 
  • ​Experience with structured design, development and implementation of new and established computing architectures. 
  • ​Technical team leadership experience. 
  • ​Experience in Scaled Agile framework is preferred​

The pay range for this position is listed below.

$112,024.00 - $182,174.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you’ll be joining.
