Join our dynamic team as a Field Finance Coordinator and support our esteemed US-based client in managing financial activities with precision and efficiency.

This position is contingent on the award of the project 

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·        Oversee and manage financial transactions related to field operations.
  • ·        Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • ·        Monitor and reconcile budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
  • ·        Coordinate with on-site teams to manage financial documentation and reporting.
  • ·        Assist in financial forecasting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • ·        Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management.
  • ·        Prepare detailed reports and financial statements for stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • ·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial coordination, preferably in a BPO or field-based setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, budgeting, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.
