We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in full cycle recruiting within digital marketing roles and experience recruiting in U.S. market to join fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including roles such as SEO/SEM Specialists, PPC Managers, Content Marketers, Social Media Managers, Digital Strategists, and Project Managers. You will be responsible for fully owning and filling assigned requisitions from sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company's growth and digital transformation initiatives. 

This role is fully remote and available internationally to candidates located in Latin America countries. Must have expert English proficiency and be able to work U.S. business hours. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Cycle Recruiting:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet and exceed hiring goals (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, HireEZ, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

2. Digital Marketing Expertise:

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging roles to better evaluate candidate competencies.
  • Understand key skills such as SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, project management, lifecycle marketing, analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot), content marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Effectively assess candidates' portfolios, certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.), and past campaign performance to align best fit.

3. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement:

  • Help promote the company’s employer brand within the digital marketing community.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools to track candidate interactions and improve recruitment metrics.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Analytics:

  • Work closely with HR and hire managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction).
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in digital marketing roles.
  • Experience recruiting in agency and fast-paced creative services settings
  • Experienced leading talent acquisition for U.S. based market and business
  • Proven track record of hiring for positions such as:
    • PPC Specialists / Paid Media Experts
    • SEO/SEM Managers
    • Content Marketers & Copywriters
    • Social Media & Community Managers
    • Marketing Automation Specialists
    • Growth Hackers & Performance Marketers
    • Project and Account Managers
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems (BambooHR, HireEZ, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication (C1, C2, and native proficiency), negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Strong organization skills and self-driven.

Preferred Skills:

  • HR Certification (SHRM, AIRS, or digital marketing certification)
  • Headhunting experience
