Job description

Are you a problem-solver who loves helping people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Are you energized by creating positive experiences and building strong relationships? If so, we’d love for you to join our team as a Clinical Operations Coordinator!

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 80,000 per month  ($ 6 - 8 per hour)
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for providers, triaging onboarding, offboarding, and troubleshooting requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Own key aspects of provider onboarding and offboarding, including (but not limited to) system access provisioning, reminder and follow-up communications, and managing offboarding workflows.
  • Troubleshoot provider issues related to system access, follow-up, and workflow navigation, ensuring seamless resolution with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding and offboarding processes, enhancing provider experience and efficiency.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline provider transitions and reduce friction points.
  • Become a subject matter expert in provider onboarding, offboarding, and troubleshooting workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding, offboarding, and troubleshooting processes to support scalability and adaptability.
  • Uphold Octave’s mission of delivering exceptional care through every provider interaction.
  • Support provider enablement efforts to ensure they can effectively navigate Octave’s systems and policies.

  • Detail oriented and impeccable organizational skills are a must 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and can adapt your approach to multiple groups
