HOW A FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Support the successful data conversion from ECC to S/4HANA (Green field implementation)

● Design and execute ETL processes and perform data transformation and cleansing to align with S/4HANA data models

● Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process, leveraging best practices in data hierarchies, ETL processes, and data quality frameworks.

● Perform data profiling to identify inconsistencies, redundancies, and data quality issues

● Implement data validation rules and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.

● Establish and track KPIs for data migration, providing status updates and issue tracking 

● Plan and execute multiple mocks, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and system readiness before the final cutover

● Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration plans, risks, mitigations, and lessons learned

● Drive the adoption of data governance principles throughout the project lifecycle

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
● Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, data structures, and business processes. Hands on experience with SAP migration tools, such as S/4 Data Migration cockpit, SAP Data Services, LSMW, CDS Views and other 3rd party tools like Informatica, Custom ABAP Programs to perform data extraction and transformation to extract and transform data from ECC/SRM Systems. Understand various data loading techniques (BAPIs, BDCs, IDocs, ALEs, APIs, Direct Update Programs, eCATTs, or external recording like Winshuttle ) and use it in conjunction with Data Migration tools or create ABAP program for it

● Security Clearance Level: Must have or be able to attain Confidential/MBI
● Required Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills both verbal and written.

The likely salary range for this position is $121,680 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
