Java Developer - AWS + SpringBoot

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Java Developer with over 6 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Spring Boot, AWS Cloud Services, and Microservices Architecture. The role involves developing secure, scalable, and high-performance applications while collaborating with international clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust microservices using Spring Boot and Java 8.
  
• Implement Spring Security for secure application development.
  
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services using tools like Swagger and Postman.
  
• Work with AWS Cloud Services such as S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch for deployment and monitoring.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, SonarQube, and Maven.
  
• Manage and optimize databases, including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, SQL, and MySQL.
  
• Implement unit and integration tests using JUnit 4/5 and Mockito to ensure code quality.
  
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and international stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.
  
• Ensure applications meet customer quality standards and adhere to GDS (Government Design Principles) where applicable.
  

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS Services: S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS (PostgreSQL).
  
• Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API Development.
  
• Experience with GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, and Postman.
  
• Expertise in database technologies like PostgreSQL, SQL, and DynamoDB.
  
• Familiarity with Junit 4/5, Mockito, and Thymeleaf (or similar template engines).
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Government Design Principles (GDS).
  
• Exposure to building secure and resilient systems.
  
• Understanding of report generation and analytics.
