Job Description

Take ownership of customer experience and operational excellence in this pivotal virtual assistant role. As the primary point of contact for our premium clientele, you’ll manage all aspects of customer communication and scheduling for our mobile detailing services. Responsibilities

  • Craft and send customized service proposals to prospective clients
  • Handle incoming customer calls with a focus on converting inquiries into bookings
  • Coordinate daily service schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed customer records and service histories
  • Serve as the primary liaison between service team and customers
  • Ensure smooth communication flow and follow-up throughout the service process
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or related administrative role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
