Job description

This is a remote position.

We are an Israeli startup developing a unique WhatsApp management solution. 

TimelinesAI (timelines.ai) - is a fast-growing B2B SaaS product used by thousands of users from more than 100 countries.


We are looking for a tech-savvy customer support specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

+ answering daily support queries 

+ conducting a entry-level technical investigation of reported issues

+ working with the product team to solve technical issues while communicating back to customers on the progress of their inquiries

+ registering feature requests and collecting feedback

+ conduct live demo/troubleshooting sessions with customers in Zoom (in cooperation with the product and marketing team)

+ update and improve knowledge base articles 



Requirements

Our requirements:

+ Available to work during the core hours of 6am - 4pm UTC (Flexible for Philippines based candidates)


+ Previous experience of at least 2 years working remotely in Customer Support for SaaS , background in Technical support / manual QA is a plus

+ Fluent spoken and written English

+ Experience with CRMs (especially Pipedrive, Salesforce or Hubspot) is a plus

+ Experience with automation tools and technologies like Zapier, Make, Webhooks is a plus + Portuguese / Spanish - big plus
