Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years experience in a sales or sales administration role.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to engage and qualify leads effectively.
  • Experience managing CRM software, with a focus on data accuracy and pipeline tracking.
  • Familiarity with Xero or similar software preferred, but training provided.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and support various operational functions.

Core responsibilities:

  • Qualify and manage leads through phone communication, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for potential clients.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients within an existing network of contacts.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer data, sales pipelines, and activities within the CRM system.
  • Monitor and manage CRM dashboards to ensure timely follow-ups and data integrity.
  • Create and manage client invoices through Xero, with training provided as needed.
  • Monitor social media accounts for engagement opportunities and respond to messages or inquiries in a timely manner.
