5+ years of experience in cold calling and appointment setting, with a proven track record of successfully qualifying leads and setting appointments. Excellent communication and English proficiency, able to engage leads effectively. Ability to handle high-volume cold calls independently, ensuring lead quality and accurately scheduling appointments for the sales team. Experience working independently, with minimal oversight, while ensuring consistent follow-through on lead qualification and appointment setting. Excellent organizational and CRM management skills, ensuring all calls, lead information, and appointments are meticulously tracked. HubSpot experience is a bonus.

Core responsibilities:

Cold call leads from an existing database, qualifying and vetting potential clients for further engagement in the sales process. Set appointments for the sales team, ensuring leads are fully qualified and interested before passing them on for the next steps. Collaborate directly with the client/team to understand goals, refine lead generation strategies, and provide insights on lead quality and pipeline health. Implement and optimize processes for lead generation and qualification, ensuring maximum efficiency and consistent results. Track and report on lead generation efforts, keeping detailed records in the CRM and offering strategic recommendations based on data analysis. Potential to generate your own leads in the future, with a focus on independently managing outreach efforts as needed.
