  • 2.5+ years proven experience in B2B sales or a hybrid sales and administrative role, with a strong understanding of sales processes. 
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and ensure efficient workflows. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain trust with clients. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and client information. 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining attention to administrative details. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage client-facing responsibilities. Knowledge of relevant industries, including hospitality or consulting, is advantageous

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential business clients within target industries, maintaining organized records of findings and opportunities. 
  • Generate and track leads through outbound activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, while updating CRM systems. 
  • Conduct initial needs assessments to qualify leads and prioritize high-potential opportunities for follow-up engagement. 
  • Support the sales process by preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client requirements. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers, ensuring proactive and timely communication. 
  • Assist in negotiations by coordinating contract preparation, reviewing terms, and addressing client inquiries. Offer general administrative support as required.
