Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on e-commerce. 
  • Proficiency in managing email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo. 
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. 
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). 
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Squarespace. 
  • Exceptional content creation skills, including graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and copywriting

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to grow brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content, including graphics, videos, and copy that aligns with the brand voice and objectives.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. 
  • Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement and ROI. 
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align social media campaigns with product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives. 
  • Optimise social media content to drive traffic to e-commerce platforms and improve conversion rates.
  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including newsletters, promotions, and abandoned cart reminders. 
  • Segment audiences and personalise campaigns to target specific customer groups effectively. 
  • Track and analyse email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
