Min 2.5 years proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Experience in outbound cold calling and appointment scheduling. Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Intermediate technical knowledge of word press/ woocommerce websites

Core responsibilities:

Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster online community growth. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce services and schedule phone appointments. Maintain an organized database of leads and track follow-ups. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media and outreach efforts. Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies, including email marketing Provide support in handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices. Assist with maintenance and updates on wordpress/ woocommerce websites
